When they are fully grown, they should have plenty of head room in the crate - about 3-4” of space, as well as be able to move and turn around freely. The worst thing would be for your dog to be cramped inside.
Dog crates come in a number of different sizes, the most common being 18", 24”, 30”, 36”, 42” and 46” in length. Different brands may vary slightly, but most will offer these most common size options.
*These are our general breed size recommendations. When selecting your crate speak to your breeder to find out what crate size they think will be most suitable. Not every dog of a particular breed is the same size. You might have or be expecting a particularly large Frenchie or a very dainty Cockapoo – use our recommendations as a guide and use this with your breeder’s knowledge of the litter for a more accurate size recommendation.

2. What Payment Methods are Accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept PayPal, PayPal Express Checkout, and Shop Pay.
3. How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email including your tracking number within the next 24 hours after receiving your order.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
All UK Mainland orders usually take 1-3 business days, depending on location.
5. Is it safe to order on DogCratesPlus.co.uk?
Your security is our priority. Dogcratesplus.co.uk website is using encrypted SSL security measures that make your shopping experience and privacy completely safe.
Whilst we hope that in every instance you are more than pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, or offer an exchange; whichever you prefer more. In this case, get in touch with us via email support@dogcratesplus.co.uk, provide us as much information as you can including images, and we will endeavour to process the refund or exchange as soon possible. We will refund the cost of the items returned, but not the postage charges.

We accept returns at any time within 30 days, beginning of the day you receive the goods. In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund including the postage costs. We try our utmost to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong we’ll do all we can to rectify the problem. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless it is manufacturing fault/issue, then this does not apply.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us support@dogcratesplus.co.uk and we will do best we can to help you to resolve this issue.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To return your product, you should mail your product to WMR Partners, 16 Brindley Cl, Daventry NN11 8RP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the package will be lost by the shipping courier we will be unable to provide the refund until the package will be found and delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Pack the product in its original packaging and send to WMR Partners, Unit 16-17 Brindley Cl, Daventry NN11 8RP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Send us an email with parcel tracking number - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please be aware if you will not include information containing order details there is a high chance that your parcel might be lost with our rest of the returns. We receive high volume of orders and it can be tricky to track which order belongs to who. That can cause refund delays. If you could ensure that you provide all required information with return package to us that would be greatly appreciated! Even a handwritten paper note including your name, surname, email address and order number would be really helpful.
If you would like us to arrange item collection from home return, this will cost £11.50.
DHL facilitates home collections from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM. Please note that while we are unable to specify the exact delivery time for your parcel, DHL driver will promptly notify you on the collection day with an estimated arrival time.
Additionally, it's important to keep in mind that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before scheduling a collection. For instance, if you wish to arrange a collection for Thursday, please inform us no later than Wednesday morning to ensure a next-day collection.
